What you're covered for

  1. Written parts warranty

Coverage runs from the purchase date on the part itself, not on the labor or fluids that go into installing it.

    • Engines and transmissions: 60 to 90 days depending on the age of the unit, confirmed at the time of quote
    • Every other part we sell: 90 days from purchase
    • Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked blocks and excessive smoking; transmissions to shift through every gear cleanly
    • Confirmed faulty parts are replaced — or fully refunded if no replacement exists
    • Reach your rep directly by phone or email to open a claim — there's no ticket queue to sit in
  2. What is not covered

Coverage protects the part itself. A short list of items and situations fall outside it, so it pays to know them going in.

    • Labor, fluids, sensors, carrier bearings, U-joints, CV joints, ball joints, housings, wiring harnesses and engine accessories
    • Consequential damages, including lost income, rental cars and repeat labor charges
    • ABS modules that aren't reprogrammed with the correct dealer software after install
    • Damage from overheating, flooding, fire or a collision after the part was delivered
    • Any part that's been modified, disassembled or repaired by someone other than us
  3. Before you install

Three steps take minutes and protect your coverage — most denied claims trace back to one of them.

    • ABS modules must be reprogrammed with dealer software before installation, or coverage is void
    • Speedometers may require reprogramming depending on the vehicle; skipping it when required voids coverage
    • Transmissions need a full fluid change to operate correctly — running one on old fluid isn't covered
    • We recommend replacing gaskets and seals on any engine before it goes in
    • Have a mechanic confirm the part is right for the job before you order
  4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free nationwide, and every part is verified and photographed before it ships — so you're approving the actual unit, not a stock photo.

    • We confirm the part is in stock and in the condition described, which typically takes up to 7 working days
    • You get photos of the specific part pulled for you and sign off before anything ships — usually a 2-day turnaround
    • Once approved, transit runs about 5 working days depending on carrier and distance
    • A tracking number lands in your inbox within 2 days of the part leaving our dock
    • Delivery windows are estimates and can shift with carrier schedules
  5. Delivery requirements

What we need on file depends on how big the part is, so this is worth checking before it ships.

    • Small parts can ship straight to the billing address on the card used for the order
    • Engines, transmissions and other large assemblies require a business address, a company name and a named contact
    • That contact needs a full name, a direct phone number and an email on file before dispatch
    • A forklift may be needed to unload a crated assembly — arranging one, and any cost, is on the receiving end
    • Examine the packaging the moment it arrives and note any damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves
  6. Returns

Ordered the wrong part, or something doesn't look right? Here's the window you're working with.

    • Report any issue within 24 to 48 hours of the part arriving — the clock starts at delivery, not when you get around to installing it
    • Call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back; returns without one aren't accepted
    • Once you have an RMA, the part needs to ship back within 7 business days with a tracking number
    • Modified, tested or disassembled parts can't be accepted back under this policy
    • A cancelled order, a refused delivery or a return outside these terms carries a 25% restocking fee plus shipping both ways

Have your diagnostic report, installation report, video of the issue and photos ready, then call. All four are required, and claims go to a person, not a ticket queue.
